How long does it take to process and ship an order?

We work hard to get all orders processed and shipped as quickly as possible.

Items typically ship within 2 to 4 business days after you place your order and may spend 3 to 5 business days in transit. Please note that shipping timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.

Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?

Orders may be cancelled within 60 minutes of placing your order online. After 60 minutes, your order will begin processing through our fulfillment center and cannot be cancelled.

To cancel your order, please click the "Cancel Order" button to the left.


Which carriers do you use for shipping?

Onward orders are shipped from our fulfillment center via USPS or FedEx. Once we’ve prepared your order, you’ll receive an email including the tracking number for that carrier. You can also find the tracking information for your order on this page once it has shipped.


How do I return my Onward items?

If you're unhappy with your Onward order and wish to return your items, please request a return by clicking the "Start a Return" button to the left within 30 days of your purchase.

It is not possible to return Onward orders in-store.
