We are only able to offer payout for pre-owned items that meets our quality standards. We are unable to issue a credit for items with any of the following issues:

Heavy or excessive tread wear, discoloration or scratches.
Excessive odor or pet hair.
Heavy or excessive pilling, matting or unthreading

One or more of the issues above applies to my item, but I still want to send it in to be recycled to its next best use. I understand that I will not receive any credit for this item.
